The Moment Everything Changed
In 2017, the gap between how I looked on the outside and how I felt on the inside finally caught up with me.
I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to — working hard, providing, pushing — but inside, I felt empty.
To cope, I started sedating. Food, distractions, overworking — anything to fill the void and avoid what I didn’t want to face. But it only made things worse.
I was losing my grip. Always exhausted, like a pressure cooker ready to burst. I wasn’t connecting with my wife or my kids. There was this constant undercurrent of tension, anxiety, and fear — the fear of not being enough.
Then came a weekend coaching event that shifted everything. I didn’t know it was possible to feel that kind of clarity, presence, and strength again. I had tried all the things, but that experience rocked me to my core — in the best way.
That was the beginning of rebuilding — learning how my mind, body, and emotions actually work together. Building a life that wasn’t unraveling but solid, authentic, and aligned.
Today, that’s the work I do — helping ambitious men reconnect with themselves so they can lead with strength, clarity, and purpose in every part of life.
Looking back, that was the moment everything started to align — my mindset, my marriage, my energy. It’s why I help other men do the same.
